These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 92gl ("92gl," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform available at 92gl.net and all associated mobile applications and software products (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the 92gl Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or wager, or using any service offered by 92gl, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. To register and use a 92gl account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting as a proxy).
• You must have the legal capacity under applicable law to enter into a binding contract.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of 92gl, or an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You must not be accessing the 92gl Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• Your account must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with 92gl.

Each natural person is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) active 92gl account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 92gl reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void all associated balances and transactions.

When completing registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and current information including but not limited to: your full legal name as appearing on your CNIC, your date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly should any of these details change.

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 92gl login credentials. 92gl will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account attributable to your failure to secure your credentials.
• KYC Documentation: 92gl may at any time request supporting documentation to verify your identity, address, source of funds, or payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary or permanent account restriction.
• Account Suspension for Inaccurate Information: If 92gl determines that any information provided during registration or KYC is false, misleading, or incomplete, 92gl reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the affected account.

92gl processes all player transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagering activity, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. 92gl accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT (TRC20) subject to applicable minimum and maximum thresholds as published on the Platform.

• Minimum Deposit: PKR 300 for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa); PKR 1,000 for bank transfers.

• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a platform malfunction, game disconnection, or technical fault, 92gl will use all reasonable efforts to restore the affected session and settle any affected bets equitably. Where a session cannot be restored, 92gl may void and return the affected stake.
• Prohibited Play Strategies: Players may not use automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or place bets on the 92gl Platform.

92gl's sports betting product covers cricket (including PSL, international T20s, ODIs, and Test matches), football, UFC, kabaddi, tennis, and other events as published on the Platform. All odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed and a Bet ID is issued to the player.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only accepted and confirmed once a unique Bet ID has been generated and displayed to the player. Any bet for which a Bet ID has not been issued is not a valid bet regardless of any amount deducted from the player's wallet pending confirmation.
• Palpable Errors: 92gl reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a pricing error ("palpable error"). Affected players will be notified and their stakes returned.
• Event Cancellations: If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the result is determined, 92gl will settle affected bets according to the published rules for that sport. Typically, stakes on cancelled events are returned.
• Live Betting: Ball-by-ball and in-play betting on cricket and other live sports is available at 92gl. Odds during live events may fluctuate rapidly. Players accept that odds presented at the time of placement confirmation are the settled odds.
• Maximum Winnings: 92gl applies maximum winnings caps per event, per market, and per day as published in the sports betting rules section of the Platform. Bets settled at values exceeding applicable caps may be subject to winnings adjustment.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 92gl Platform. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Money Laundering: Using the 92gl Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or to obscure the origin of funds.
• Fraud: Providing false personal information, using payment methods belonging to third parties without authorisation, or engaging in chargebacks after withdrawals have been processed.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotion.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92gl's aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their 92gl account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

92gl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of gaming opportunity, loss of data, or damage to reputation.

92gl does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events outside 92gl's control may temporarily affect Platform availability. 92gl will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

92gl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account, and to withhold or void any balances therein, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following request;
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Receipt of a valid court order or regulatory instruction to do so;
• Player request for voluntary self-exclusion or account closure;
• Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) months.

In cases of voluntary closure or closure due to inactivity where no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance in the player's account will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 10 business days of the closure request or inactivity trigger.

In the event of a dispute relating to any aspect of the 92gl Platform — including game outcomes, bonus settlements, payment processing, or account status — players are required to follow the following escalation procedure:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit a detailed complaint to 92gl's customer support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Include your account details, the nature of the dispute, relevant dates and amounts, and any supporting documentation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92gl holds its gaming license. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer protection law requires otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

These Terms, together with the 92gl Privacy Policy and any applicable individual promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between 92gl and the player with respect to use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
